phi-4 is a large language model released by Microsoft, released under the mit license, with a claimed knowledge cutoff of 2024-12-12. Its weights, configuration, and tokenizer files have been cryptographically hashed and permanently attested on Ethereum (Sepolia) by Weight Registry.

Later Phi generation, continuing the small-model-via-data-quality approach.
